He was a presenter at the 4-day Residential RERA Leadership Development Programme organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) at Hyderabad, which was attended by over 15 senior officials and experts from RERA Authorities across India.

His session focused on bridging practical gaps in RERA implementation and empowering professionals to better represent homebuyers and societies.

Over the past year, he has been extensively involved in conducting awareness drives on deemed conveyance and RERA compliance, especially to assist cooperative housing societies and homebuyers facing delays or irregularities from developers.

With the launch of the Stamp Duty Amnesty Scheme 2023, he actively conducted seminars and consultative sessions across Mumbai and Thane, guiding societies on how to leverage the scheme effectively to regularize documentation and reduce legal risks.

Currently, his focus is on developing domain expertise in the audit, taxation, and regulatory needs of cooperative housing societies, with an aim to simplify statutory compliance and promote transparency in the redevelopment ecosystem.
