His expertise includes coordinating and implementing independent testing procedures in collaboration with the Architect/Engineer and contractor. He is proficient in developing and monitoring the shop drawing review schedule in close coordination with the design and construction teams. He regularly reviews the contractor’s “As Planned” construction and procurement schedules to ensure alignment with project milestones.

Additionally, he reviews contractor-submitted resource-loaded schedules and monthly schedule updates to assess progress and resource utilization.
